Marketing Executive

Salary: Starting at: €24 – €30k plus benefits

Ideal start date: 1st February 2018

This is a temp to perm position.

Antuar is a financial software company developing solutions that provide solutions for today’s branch banking needs. inBranch, Antuar\’s core agnostic solution suite, applies latest technology to drive customer engagement through meaningful interactions that promote sales through good relationships; and improves staff efficiency and utilization through automation and the reduction of administrative tasks. Antuar\’s product suite includes inBranch Transact (Teller & Check 21), Engage (Sales and Service) and Kiosk (Assisted Self Service).

We are focused on removing the pain points felt by financial institutions that have been created by an ever changing role of (bank) branch, and what the customer expectation has become for this unique channel; unique because the FI has the opportunity to physically touch the customer and interact in a much more personal way.

What we do is to take an understanding of the business processes; the trends in the CX for FI customers; and an understanding the changes in technology that can be applied to delivering branch solutions to the branch. We deliver solutions that addresses the pain points that are felt by the CFOs, COOs, and CIOs at FIs and the customers that want to interact with their FI in a meaningful, efficient and beneficial way. With a year full of growth ahead of us, we are looking for a Smart Keen Marketing Executive with something to prove, to support the Marketing Director in helping us grow on purpose.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for maximising efficiency of sales strategies and promotional programs with their corresponding ideal customer markets by working with other stakeholders to align our efforts and ensure the best possible way forward is consistently achieved.

The successful Marketing Executive will be the first hire in our Marketing Department. As our business grows, so does your scope, responsibilities, and your team. We\’re looking for the person who is serious about taking their career, and our business to great heights.

You will be responsible for:


  • Taking our sales strategies and making them real by organising the ongoing production and delivery of our online and offline sales execution and collateral requirements.

  • Formally tracking effectiveness (making recommendations to improve) of our Promotional Programs by monitoring employee feedback, customer feedback, anecdotal feedback from online, offline, and events in and around sales.

  • Improving our online and offline Promotional Programs by refining and iterating them in real time.

  • Bi-weekly reporting on how we can use the insights we gain from our Promotional Programs to improve our sales, promotion and customer engagement efforts.


  • You will direct your own work asking for support when you need it and providing it when it is requested.

  • You will be happy working as part of a virtual team with the autonomy and flexibility that provides.

  • You are happy to flex yourself enough to work with technical people and you have a deep love of technology.

  • When it comes to Marketing, you know what needs to be done and even if you\’re not sure, you are certainly not shy to ask.

  • You are happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to help wherever you can. Customers come first, especially when they need help.

  • You will help us build an engaging culture by actively investing in it.

  • You will help us coordinate team building activities year-round.

  • You will support us in successfully on-boarding new team members with onboarding collateral, participating in induction programs, helping us make our induction process better.

Demonstrable Skill

  • Researching ideal prospects within a specific sector to qualify and then add to our growing pipeline.

  • Fulfilling B2B direct marketing campaigns.

  • Writing, specifically, you are comfortable researching content, and interviewing experts, for the purpose of creating blog posts that fit into a specific B2C sales funnel.

  • Event management that includes supporting our Director to show up at events with maximum style, promotion and follow up. Our events drive a significant amount of our business and we are looking to you to help us optimise their effectiveness.

  • Attention to detail, follow through and completing tasks accurately, on time and in budget is all in a day’s work for you. As a person, you are:

  • Exceptionally good at getting results, causing action, making quick decisions, solving problems.

  • Excited about opportunities for promotion, prestige, career growth and advancement.

  • Creative and resourceful in finding solutions and information because you have initiative and you are not afraid to use it.

  • You are very good at motivating people.

  • Excellent IT skills, are ridiculously organised and great with numeracy.
