Product Managers target and sell to customers by defining segmentation rules; creating sales scripts for branch and call center staff to follow; and capturing responses.
Indicators
Segmentation rules that identify customers that are qualified for campaign offers. Indicators can be linked to Sales scripts. This functionality alerts users if a customer qualifies for campaigns as soon as the customer is present (can also be sued by other channels)
Sales Scripts
